Love Without Walls provides mental health evaluation and treatment services for all ages with a commitment to compassionate, individualized care with a personal touch. We are committed to assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and ethnicities on their path to wholeness and recovery.

Our experienced, caring, and compassionate therapists offer individual, marital, and child behavioral therapy. In addition, Love Without Walls offers anger management courses, intensive outpatient services (IOP), and an after-school program for children.
To complete our full scope of services, we also offer medication management and specialized services for Social Security matters, FMLA, and ESA.

We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all our clients.
Jennifer Majors is our Certified Peer Recovery Specialist who performs addiction counseling, and other services such as Anger Management, and IOP services. Her clients appreciate her warm smile and understanding, compassionate nature and we are so proud to have her on our team!

Brooklin Hunley has over 8 years of professional experience working with children, youth, and adults. Throughout her career, she has provided compassionate and effective support to individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges and achieve personal growth. Brooklin holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling, which has equipped her with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices. Her expertise includes a significant focus on substance abuse recovery, where she has guided clients through the complexities of addiction and their journey toward sustained recovery.
Tammy Conner is a Christian Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Psychology.
She has diverse clinical experience including Biblical Counseling and Mental Health and Addiction Counseling.
Tammy provides counseling for mental health issues, addiction, parenting, and anger management. She loves helping people overcome their struggles and move forward in life!
Latara Taylor is our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner where her speciality and only patient care includes mental health. Latara is responsible for taking care of our clients medication management. With care, compassion, and efficiency: Latara is our go-to for our clients prescription needs!
Meet Founder & Owner, Rashanae Arnwine
Rashanae Arnwine's passion for caring for others, serving her community, and entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to found Love Without Walls.
Under her leadership, the practice has continued to expand to include a diverse team of experienced therapists as well as expanded services to meet the unique needs of our community.
Counseling Services
We use a variety of techniques in individual therapy including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and FST (Family Systems Therapy).
We pride ourselves on our compassionate and individualized care, adjusting the approach and pace according to the client's needs.

Our unique client/therapist communication and scheduling policy allows for more open and direct contact between client and therapist to facilitate a strong and supportive relationship.

Our approach to Marriage and Family therapy is unique as we address the marital discourse with each partner individually at first. This allows us to address personal issues prior to bringing the couple together.
Our therapists are well-versed in addressing drug and alcohol issues, infidelity, and simple loss of amicable communication. This allows for a greater success rate and long-lasting results!
We have several experts on our team that specialize in working with special needs children, and children as young as age 5. With behavioral therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, we not only address the child's needs, but the family as a whole.
Special Services
​Brand new as of January, 2025, our afterschool program provides a behavioral, cooperative and tolerant environment with extra hands to help kids with their academic struggles.
Children can explore the"Solar System Room," "Dr. Seuss Room," and "Safari Room" where they will enjoy cooperative projects, to help them learn and grow!
We proudly offer this service to provide a full spectrum of service and address our clients' medical needs. Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will explore NON-CONTROLLED medications before moving into controlled medication regimens.
In addition, our professional therapists work closely with the nurse practitioner to determine the CORRECT diagnosis PRIOR to medication. Our clients' safety and well-being is a top priority!
Our Anger Management protocol consists of a series of weekly, one-on-one appointments to meet the requirements as determined by the issuing entity (typically 8, 12 or 16 hours). This is covered under insurance - no out-of-pocket costs to you!
We are excited to launch our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Lead by a Peer Recovery Specialist and overseen by an appropriately Licensed professional, our IOP program consists of 3 3-hour sessions per week (for a total of 9 hours per week). This IOP program follows all State guidelines and will satisfy any court order/facility requirement. The duration varies by agency. Love Without Walls' IOP is the way towards sobriety and a better life!
Introducing a newly created Women's support group for the mature (age 40+) population of Athens and surrounding areas!
This once-a-week gathering provides time an space for women to share stories, network, find friendship, and give and receive the support they desire!
